military pivot

Hey guys I have an older spyderco military that I picked up off the forum. I took it apart to lubricate it this evening and found that it has thin plastic pivot bushings. Is this characteristic of older military models? I have only had ones with bronze pivot bushings. I can provide pictures if needed. Thanks!

I think i found my own answer on the forum. I think ill contact customer service to get bronze washers instead of the thin orange plastic ones.
