Over the last 6-8 months I have bought militaries in 52100, CTS-204P, M4, and a Ti flued in S30V steel. What I could not believe was that they were all perfect! They all had the new improvement package. They came Razor sharp, blades dead centered, locks were perfect and all open smooth as silk. I could not believe that all four of them were that well put together! I had not owned a Ti one before and was really impressed with it. Now I guess I need a S110V one. Lol They talk about the ones made over the big pond but I don't see how they could be made any better than these. I will say it is hard to pick a favorite.

That's been Golden's MO lately. I don't think I've heard of a single bad knife that was built there in the last 6 months or so. That's an incredible accomplishment.

Same here. 52100, S110v, Fluted TI, S90, all great.

The PM2s have been eerily consistent too. M390, Cruwear, M4, 52100, Maxamet, S110 are all free dropping, centered and just great without needing adjustments.

Even the Yojimbo in S90 and Manix Maxamet seem a notch above.

Great job Sal and Team.

Same here. I have found Golden to be the most consistent of the Spyderco cities. And for 2017, i can't quite put my finger on it, but the quality seems to be even better then before.

I have an old skool s90v / peel ply CF Millie, a knifeworks green/m390, a s110v / fluted titanium frankenmillie, and the frankenmillie’s ugly sister - a burpee/s30v user. Very happy with that set.

I hadn’t bought a Spydie for quite but the quality of a recently acquired PM2/S110v got me to buy the red one in M390 — way to soon according my governor/wife. Apparently I have a problem.
Now I’m waiting for delivery on a Manix LW. Nice way to start 2018!

Golden is golden IMHO.

I don’t own a Military but have bought about 10 new Golden, Co knives in the last few months. Every one has been 100% perfect out of the box.

Great QC IME.

The Military has been around 20+ years. The design is perfection since its creation. Its execution been perfected little by little over the years. If you read the description of the inspiration for the design you will be hard pressed to find a pocket knife that so perfectly functions the way it it was intended.

Sal Glesser Sal Glesser - Thanks for all of the innovations you have brought to the industry, but especially thank you for the Military! Keep em coming (including the sprints) and dont change them

I was amazed by the Sebenza-like precision of my Para 2. Couldn't find a flaw. It's proved to be a workhorse, too.

I guess I’m pretty lucky. In the 30+ years I’ve collected Spydercos, I’ve only had one issue big enough to actually return one. I had clip screw missing on a new G-10 Ayoob. Spyderco has consistently impressed me throughout the years!

KW exclusive on the way and hoping it shines like my BHQ m4 Millie that’s perfection !
