Military Run Piggy Back

Jerry,I had a crazy idea the other day. Maybe you could post the details of your military runs on the main Busse site, and let us in on them. You could charge us a little more, and a little less from the boys in green. You'd be supporting the troops, taking advantage of the economy of scale, and putting more knives out into the world. Everybody wins. What do you think?

On the other hand, you could just overrun on purpose, and fill up the Company Store.

I expect that Busse has a minimum order. I bet that there are groups of soldiers that want to get together and place an order, but can't because they don't have enough guys. Perhaps the loyal hogs and piglets of this forum could help them out by "topping up" their orders.

Maybe the programme could be turned into a charity. Sell the knives at a loss. Charge everybody the same amount of money, but "request" a donation from non-soldiers. The funds raised help pay for the soldiers' knives, and everyone else gets a deduction on their income taxes.

I'm with thatmguy...I'd pay for one to go overseas!!! I like the idea of paying double...one for me, one sent to where it's needed!!

That's really generous. If more people feel that way, we could really do some damage, and set up some boys and girls in green with the tools they need to get their jobs done, and get home in one piece.
