Is it possible to order a replacement insert after wearing one down?

Spyderco doesn't normally ship out parts other than clips and clip screws. They would ask you to send your knife in and probably replace the insert for free.
 
I'm not from Spyderco, but I'd guess: not a chance. That's the sort of critical-fit part that every manufacturer wants to fit in-house.
 
The insert is steel, so being harder than Ti it will take much more time to wear. I haven't heard of any ever wearing down, but I would imagine you'd have to send it in.
