i know Spyderco only does small runs of these, but haven't seen any dealers have them in stock in what seems to be almost a year. Anyone have any idea when the next batch will be coming out? Really need 1 :D

I posted a question about these a few days ago and no one answered.I found a site that has them and was wondering if $229.99 was to much to pay for one?If you want to know where to find one I can p.m you the info.

That's a good price if it's in stock.
I notice many online vendors quote a low price but there is no indication of availability or shows backordered status.

When you go to the site on the homepage in big letters," Everything listed on the side is in stock ready to ship"
I have used them before and they have been good.
I would not have told him he could get one if he could not.

schwome, if you're able to get one from this place, let us know. I've even seen a few places that show them to be in stock, but when you go through checkout, it tells you that it's on backorder.

Excellent. Post up a picture once you get it!

One just sold on the exchange for a killer price. We both missed out.

Yeah I've been looking to pick up one as well. There production does seem to be very sporadic

I snagged that one on the exchange earlier. I'm still ecstatic about being lucky enough to have caught it. Just the right moment I guess.

This knife wasn't even really on my radar but when I saw that not only was it a Mili but also Ti at that price I knew it had to be a serious deal.

I'm still not completely convinced I'll love it though. Tip down only is usually a deal breaker for me and the Mili/Para blades have always seemed a bit too slender. But then again, I've never really given tip-down carry a real chance and have never actually owned a Para or Mili before. But to be quite honest, I've been most interested in the Domino and the Techno lately. Although this one would nicely complement the former two as a Ti frame-lock Spyderco trio.

Is there anything, other than the fact that these seem to be somewhat rare, that make the Ti Military so sought after?

I'm afraid I am the one that picked up the one on the exchange(thanks Mike!) - must have been a couple sold recently. And yes, it was a great deal! I have a bg-42, D2, 390, 90, 30, and an m4. Have be wanting to get a TI after getting the m4 and for once was looking at the exchange at the right time. Really glad I picked it up - it is pristine and is one of the sharper Spydercos I have received. I do like the extra heft of the full TI and there is no way around it - its awfully pretty to look at.

Thanks guys for all the feedback!! I'm still saving up funds for the Jake Hoback mid-tech, so the TI Military is still kinda on the back burner, but was just curious. Should have the funds here in a month or so :)

Don't mind the pics, just here to feed the titanium addiction...

Just a word of caution, the ti militaries are being faked now. I know FCM is legit and the bst section here is fairly safe, but I would be very careful buying one on that auction site or the river place... Also true of the regular black g10 & orange s30v sprint millies.

This seems like a good time to post the review by John Doe on Knive Center.

Absolutely awful
So i bought this knife at the Spyderco Factory Outlet... i must say it was absolutely beautiful. It's great as a collector's item, but i cut paper with it and the titanium lockbar snapped into 3 pieces. It's definitely not titanium! Then i took my spyderco tenacious and cut the "s30v" steel in half with one slice. it's ridiculously soft! It feels almost like playdough...

Ha. I saw that one. Laughable at best. Not sure what that guy was smoking but I have a feeling was describing an uncooked piece of spaghetti, not a Ti Millie.
