Military Titanium vs Szabo

I like both of these knives for larger EDC's. The Szabo is a bit more unique looking but also a little bulkier. And the Military Titanium looks to be a tad more slender and probably more comfortable to carry in jeans.

Which do you guys like and why ?

Hmmmm like you said, the szabo is sexy and unique, but the military is still almost perfect :-). Without a doubt ..the military is better for daily carry but the szabo is badass!

The liner lock has always kept me away from the Military. But the frame lock on the Ti-Milli has me wanting one.

The Military has a blade profile better suited for daily utility, but it can still alter someone's behavior. But I don't dig titanium on the Military, as it is slicker and heavier than G10. I also don't see any down side to the liner lock, but to each his own.

I think closed the Ti Milli would prove to be an easier carry especially with the clip removed (since I remove all my knife clips). I'm just gonna buy one and find out :)

I would try to get Fluted variant. It is much better looking, gripie and lighter 5.1 oz vs 5.8. I love mine.

Oooh good idea. I forgot all about the fluted version. I wonder if and any place online still has them available. I will search.

Definitely. Not only is the Fluted Titanium lighter and grippier (the flutes are not just for looks and weight saving) than the regular titanium with a full titanium frame lock but it also ups the aesthetics quite a few notches.

Compare Szabo's 6.9 ounces weight versus 5.1 ounces for the Military Fluted Titanium and the fact that the Military is thinner, narrower and shorter. Much easier EDC.

The only possible downside to the Military and based on usage is the thin tip.

sometimes calling or sending e-mail would help.
I bought from KW few month ago. They didn't showed any on website. I sent e-mail, asking to put my name on the waiting list. They replied that they have a couple in stock.

Szabo for looks and fondle value but Millie wins hands down for carry and function. And to be honest, I have the ti Millie and it's got a pretty high fondle value itself. ;).

As an aside, I actually prefer the more rugged look of the regular ti to the fluted but I'm probably in the minority with that opinion. Enjoy.
