They come tip down, and you know over the years I've changed my way of looking at things many times and this is another.
If given the choice I think I always with the exception of a few lock backs prefer tip down.
It's easier for me to open quickly and it don't collect as much lint and gunk in the piviot area.
Having said that, I can easily make you Millie tip up for you, hope this helps, Ron
