I've been having trouble searching for this on google so..... Is there a black blade plain edge model made of S30V available? If they are could someone direct me to a website with them in stock. Any help would be appreciated.

From what I have read, they are only being made in a combo edge right now.

On this site: http://www.newgraham.com/military.htm there is a black plain edge at the bottom and a chart on the right that says its S30V but they way they've got it set up is kind of confusing me so I don't know whether or not it really is made of S30V.

It is S30V. Plainedges just started shipped a few weeks ago.

Well anyway, I got my first Spyderco Military (SC-36GPE) today and WOW(!!!!!) what a knife! Quite a big difference to my Endura, Matriarch and other FRN handle knives i own. From now on the Millie will be my EDC.
