Millie carry options- besides a pocket clip

I have seen some pretty cool kydex and leather rigs people use to pack their Millie around with them lately. It looks like a lot of these are custom jobs(sorry no pics but imagine homemade leather and kydex pouches and neck rigs basically).

The lanyard hole is on the wrong end for pocket clip/lanyard option so, aside from the kydex and leather pouches I am talkin about, how are you holding your best knife on Earth? Pics appreciated!

Tip down is optimal for the military, IMO. The thumbhole is right where you need it to be when you pull it out. I have a custom sheath coming tomorrow so I can carry it clip-less.

Sorry, no suggestions here as I think tip-down and the slightly curved clip on the Millie are intrinsec part of its charm

I carry clipless in my back rear pocket, it's in a folded up space in my bandana and stays upright. Oh and I do have a lanyard.
