mini afck

I don't have a Mini-AFCK but I did recently get a Mini-Stryker in a trade, and I love it!

The 154CM is a top-notch premium blade-steel and is still used by many custom knife makers.
If you do a search you will find lots of blade-steel info.

I hope you like the knife.

Cheers,
Allen.

If I remember correctly:

ATS34=154CM

ATS34+1=S30V

I used to have the 722, it was easy to sharpen and took a pretty good edge and kept it for a good long while as well. If there was a design I really loved and was 440C(well heat treated like BMs) or something out of the AUS line, I would still buy it. With the better brands, steel doesn't make a huge huge difference.

ATS34 is very similar to 154CM, small difference in composition I think.

The primary difference is that ATS34 seems to finish nicer, and one maker told me that he found ATS34 to be cleaner.
