Mini Bali with Weehawk or Kriss Blade........

I think Benchmade Should Make a Mini Bali like the pic below, with a mini weehawk or kriss blade!!! That would be awesome to have a mini Benchmade bali!!!!

But a few changes would have to happen first if Benchmade would make one. better pins and Benchmade pattern on handles.
does anyone else think that this is a kool idea?? if it is maybe we can email benchmade and they might make them if they get enough emails about them

i just emailed benchmade anout the mini 2.5" blade and 3" handles, ill let you know what benchmade says when they reply

They should also have another option, to have Stainless Steel handles or Titanium handles, and the other option was, if you bought one you could have it Anodized Different Colours, and there is going to have to be a Mini Benchmade Bali cocoon sheath for it too, that means the keychain is not on the bali. the keychain is going to be on the mini Benchmade Sheath , and it would come in a box exactly like the BM42 came, with benchmade papers and everything....i have this planned out perfect, dont i

I like your idea. I agree, it would be cool if they would offer something like that. I hate to say it though, I emailed Benchmade with the same idea about six months ago. They said, "it would not be cost effective to make them that small and it probably would not happen, but thank you for the idea."

Perhaps if there is enough interest, it will become cost effective.

You know i'm willing to bet that if they make these, and if they come with a sheath, they still wont fit right!

sorry but i'm still a little angry over my 42's sheath.
 
If it did come with a sheath then it sure as he** better fit right, look good, and be made out of some quality material. I too am disappointed every time I sheath my 42, then I sheath my 30s which has a really well made sheath, then my 45 2nd which BM didn't sell sheaths with so I stick it into a POS Frost Cutlery Sheath-it's pretty much worse than the BM sheath but it actually fits longways on the knife.

Those BM 2nds didn't come with sheaths or warranties (to answer your question on the BM fourm). They did come in BM boxes. Les sold one big box of those 2nds to a dealer here in the Midwest, and as far as I can tell that was all of the 2nds.
By the way, I had a chance to buy that box way back from Joe, but at the time I didn't know what a balisong was. The biggest missed deal ever for me.

"That guy" is a woman. Roberta happens to be "the main man" (even though she's a woman) at Benchmade and a big Bali-Song fan. In fact, you can thank her (and Vance) for the 42.
