Mini-bolo-machete idea for the Swamp

Below is pictured something I'd like to see done by a quality maker like Swamp Rat. It's the Meyerco Mini-machete 9-inch blade made with 420 stainless steel and a "rubber overmold handle". :barf: Now, if the Swamp made that in 3/16" SR101 with a Resiprene-C handle, *THAT* would be a chopper to contend with in a SERIOUS way. :D I'm tempted to get one of the Meyerco version for cheap just to flog it, all in good fun of course. ;) :D

I'd like to see a longer blade, 14" or so, I used to tend to think of 3/16", but after many years with large blades I'd lean towards 1/4". I like the parang /golok straight or upswept patterns more, the recurves are limited on thick woods.

With the strengh of Infi or Sr-101 you could probably go with a thinner blade profile and get outstanding performance.
