so I should wait and not pull the trigger on an ESEE 4?

Will it be made in the USA? Or is it one of the over seas models?4.5" blade
.165" thick
OAL 9" approximate.
The actual specs won't be listed until the production run is complete, though, but this should give you an idea.

If you want one by all means get it. They are good knives. But a Becker is just as tough and will perform the same tasks at a significantly lower cost to you. Beside performance, Beckers also look\feel good in the hand.
Olean, New York, USA.

After using it at the gathering, I'll have to say the ergonomics, weight, balance and overall feel of this knife is amazing. A hell of a lot of thought went into this design and you can tell. It truly is a special blade. I'd get the ESEE now and use and abuse it til the Mini comes out.
