Mini-Commander Specs & Release?

I just wanted to see if anyone knew the blade and handle lengths on the mini-commanders. The only reason I don't own the original is size. Does anyone know when these will be released to the general public?

Blade Length - 3.4 inches
Overall Length - 8 inches
Blade Thickness - .125 inch

Basically, this is just about the same exact size as the regular sized CQC7 series
