I'm on the verge of ordering a Mini Commander. Any thoughts on that one? You should see my wife with her Mini CQC-7A - HOT!.

The Mini-C is a great knife. Mine has found it's way to my support side pocket. I can't recommend it enough.

One thing I do feel obligated to mention though. The Mini-C retials for $169 . . . $50 less then the regular sized Commander, but it's every bit the knife it's larger brother is, just a hair smaller. I can't believe EKI doesn't charge more for them. :D

John: That'll be enough of that, my wallet has taken enough hits lately!!!

Ehhhhhh . . . your wife or the mini seven? :D

Speaking of which, I need to get a short "Quicktime" video of Sarah doing her double Commander draw. Way cool. ;)

I have been carrying a Specwar for just over a year now and would be VERY interested in carrying a mini commander, i found the full size commander too big for my hand, but i love the design. Unfortunately the full size commanders or just becoming available here, so it will be awhile before we see the mini. You guys have to stop buying so many so us people downunder have a chance at buying some.....

A warm welcome to the new lady in our midst!!

John - you appear to have a new soulmate... :D

Regards,

Ed

I had put my name in for a mini-commander way back when, but as of right now i've got some projects i'm waiting on. My p-sark is with Kevin Robinson, Super Commander @ TAD, Leftie Commander from the c/p shop, and I know that I'll getting the word on my "Leftie-6" any day now :D
Emerson_Girl, Welcome to the family :)

Thanks for the warm welcome :) I hope to be a regular :)
Im hoping to be able to chat in the usual suspects channel :)

Emerson_Girl: A warm welcome to the EKI Forum. I'm sure you'll enjoy the company around here.

BTW: In refernece to your closing- "If I said you had a beautiful knife, would you hold it against me." :D

Unfortunately/fortunately, there are a lot of people here with beautiful knives!!! That could be a dangerous question...
;)

Hey John - would these be the two commanders she keeps in her back pockets?? Oh yeah - get a movie of that for me. Just make sure you don't zoom in too close. :D

Speaking of Sarah, where is she? We haven't scared her off, have we??

Yep, that's them. Derek's seen Sarah do the double wave.

She's around, but she's one busy young lady. Usually working seven days a week. I'll forward her this string and see if she'll check in.

Long time no see! John is right, I've been working quite a bit lately and as fall/winter is my busy season I'll be busy for the next 2-3 months, at least.

I'm getting 2 baby commanders this week from Cal (consecutively numbered, of course) to put into my pockets and 2 others for gifts. One of those is already promised to my husband, and the other is intended for my son, but if you guys suck up better than the kid does, who knows? :D

From the day I got my first commander I've complained that the only thing "wrong" with the knife that it was tooooo big....now I'm stoked. 2 baby commanders! I can't wait! They will initially be black t, but I'm gonna fix that with a little midway metal magic cloth to make that gunmetal grey finish that I have on my '98...oooo!

Got to go, I'm stealing time from work.
