Mini copperlock minor issues

So I posted a thread on here a while ago about a mini copperlock. The other day I got one, and I am generally pleased with it, but there are a few things that bother me a little about it. First, the blade is off center a good bit, and has gotten a little worse over the few days I've had it. Then, the very tip of the blade sticks up from the handle, and I'm worried that it might get worse eventually with sharpening, and be unsafe. And lastly, which is partly the reason that the tip sticks up I think, is that one side of the handle is shorter than the other, like, looking at with the blade closed at the very end with the tip pointing towards you, you can see that one side is a little higher than the other. I know I'm nit-picking, but with a knife that's as well made and from such a renowned company, these little things really get on my nerves, and if the knife didn't have these issues it would be about perfect, and that just makes it all the more annoying for there to be these little problems with it. I emailed Case, but will they do anything about it? Is there anyone else who has noticed these problems or had similar experiences?

I can tell you that the blade on my mini Copperlock has some blade play when it is folded, so the blade may look off center but you can just move it to center with finger pressure and will stay there. Once it is locked open it's tight with no blade play at all.

I don't have rhe other problems you mentioned. Maybe a trip back to Case is warranted.
