Wow! Just wanted to share my new mini 7. What a great little knife. I have the regular 7 but really didn't carry it much. This little guy will definitely see a lot of pocket time! I generally carry my larger folders for work and a 940 or a kershaw leek in going out to dinner clothes, but this mini carries so nice in khaki shorts and jeans that my others may get neglected. If anyone is on the fence order one. I have medium to large hands and it fits great. Here are just a few ipad shots on its size. Thanks for looking and let me know who else loves their mini!

Thanks
Jason.

Glad to hear it. I have both a Mini and a Super inbound right now, so it's good to hear of your impressions of the Mini-7. I'm assuming the other 7 is the regular?

Looks like the frame/scales are just as "tall" as the regular, just not as long. Assuming same width (thickness) too.

Funny thing is the blade length isn't all that different, but the knives handle completely different!

Fabulous catch! I want the non-wave mini-CQC-7 with satin blade. Do you know the full designation for that model?

I haven't been excited about a knife like this in quite a while. Thinking about ordering a satin finish :)

I can slide mine forward in my pocket so that the wave doesn't catch. I heard they can be used as a bottle opener that's why I'm going to keep mine on.

Sweet knife for sure - something about them screams I'm a badass knife and don't screw with me! :)

I went with the Reliant since its ground on both sides and not flat on one side like the 7's. Emerson has his tanto design don pat, and the mini 7 is for sure on my radar.

I'm sending my Reliant to our friend in Thailand for some pimping. Like Ti bolsters and liners, frame lock, etc., should come back as one sweet knife - can't wait. Going to be just a tough knife. Yee Hah! The pics I've seen of his work is unbelievable.
And who here in cornfield Nebraska can say they have a pimped knife from Thailand. Too cool.

I thought I was going good when I scored a used but nice Traveler from Vilnius Lithuania.

Enjoy that 7? Ernie has his tantos down to perfection. Serious bit of mechanics!

Ok - enough of my rambling. Ha.

Joe
