I've never posted instructional "how to" pictures, but tomorrow I'll be fixing my third mini cyclone on/off switch. A friend is bringing it into work. It's such an easy fix, that I thought I'd post a few pics as I do it. Might save a few shipments to Kershaw. At some point during use, the "bypass bar" starts failing to engage the torsion bar. not sure if these just fail around me or if anyone else is having the problem. At any rate, I'll try to post... if it hasn't been done.
