I'd like to hear some user opinions about this knife.
How heavy it is? Much heavier than SJ TAc? Who has both of these knives - and which one is a better user as a all around knife? I have quite small hands - which handle is better in that case.
Thanks guys for the answers.

As a do it all knife - making shelter, making fires, fish cleaning etc. - while hiking, backpacking. Also as a survival knife in my BOB.
I want a knife a little bigger than my Howling Rat and Heavy Duty.

I have not used either one of them. My user in this general blade length is a ZTNO. However, if I had to chose between them right now for a user, I would go with the Mini EU17 because of the extra drop in the handle. I prefer the dropped handles to the straighter ones for using.

IMO, the Mini EU-17 is the better all purpose user. The handle is more comfortable for extended use than the SJ TAC, and the blade shape is a little more versatile. The full flat grind and clip point give the Mini EU nice cutting geometry, and enough weight for slightly heavier work.

The handles on my EU17s are the most comfortable of my Busses, and the beefiness of the Mini along with it's smaller size makes it a perfect camping knife for me. A Mini and a A2T hatchet and you've basically got yourself all you need for a hiking/camping trip.
