Hi all. I'm really interested in getting into belt carry. I think horizontal carry works best for me along with ccf. I already have a Guardian 3 which I'm very happy with but I really like the asthetics of this Bark River. Only problem is I can't find any horizontal carry options. I might have to go custom if I buy one but was wondering if anyone here knows of any good options for horizontal belt carry. Thanks.

Welcome! Bark Rivers have been really good knives for me so far. I am not aware of any commercial options, I am pretty sure you would need a custom sheath built.

The leather sheath that comes with the MFR is designed for angled carry. I've had several MFR's over the years. I carried them at about 10:00 angled forward for RH crossdraw. I got so I really liked that arrangement. The angled sheaths did a good job of keeping the knife in place and still easily available when it was in the sheath.
If you still want a horizontal sheath, ArmatusCarry.com does individual custom work for many different knives. They could probably do something horizontal in kydex for you.

It can work either way. The leather belt attachment on the back is slotted for either vertical carry or angled carry. It's actually pretty clever.
And.. as hhmoore has said... the G3 sheaths can work for other knives. I have a spare leather G3 sheath that I sometimes use with my Winkler SD-1.
