Mini freek vs mini grip

Assuming that AWT releases mini freek scales, which would you prefer? I would like a smaller edc knife and would get AWT scales for whichever I choose, so it really just comes down to the blade. Which is better and why? Is the freek/mini freek basically a Doug ritter blade? If I prefer spyderco would it make more sense to get a mini with the sheepsfoot? Thoughts and opinions welcome, also if anybody has anything to sell or trade shoot me a message. Thanks

They are both good. Mini Freek is similar to the to the Mini Ritter.

I prefer the Freek to the Mini Ritter.

I have both, I like the blade on the Freek, the AWT Scales are going to be just the ticket as I have not been able to find any other aftermarket scales

Just looked and the AWT scales are available, Rogue BW made some but I haven’t seen any for a while.

The decision was made for me by accident, traded for a mini grip and have a set of red awt scales ordered and on the way. I bought my wife a mini grip but have never owned one myself so I’m looking forward to it. Hope the scales aren’t too tough to install.
