Mini Grip vs Grip Thumbstud Question

Was hoping someone could help me out who has both models. Could anyone tell me if the thumbstuds on the full size grip (551, etc) are bigger in size than the ones on the mini grip (556, etc)?

Bigger in width or height of the stud?

Or do they just use the same one?

Any help is appreciated.

circumference is the same, but the minis aren't as wide(they don't stick out as far) not a big difference though.

Ok so the only difference is just the height of the stud. The full size grip studs are taller but not any wider.

Correct. I even have one mini that has a mix of studs. The large stud(female) is on the side I use to deploy the blade and the normal mini stud(male) in on the other side. I think they goofed at the factory but I like it
