I would like to know if this knife would be legall in my state(MA) and what would the charges be if you get caught with one or you use it on someone, of course i am using this for selfdefense only, so if you get attacked by someone and u pull it out and start self defending yourself, what are the consequences if would have to face.

But the only thing i would know if its legall to be used for self-def.

Hello. I just picked up one of those for my keys. Do you know how small it is? Any knife or any weapon used on anyone for any reason will get you in jail. It's up to the judge and Jury to decide if you were justified. Here is a scan of mine on my keys. See how small it is? You would do as well in defense with your teeth, maybe better.
