Mini machine gun

Oh my god I want one of those! Wouldn't that be the funniest thing in the world to use in a stick up? (not that I would do that, but it sure would be funny to see the look on a bank manager's face when you whipped that thing out!) If you added a box for the belt, you could almost carry it IWB. Only problem is that .17 Mach 2 is super expensive! Do they have a 22LR version?

I remember seeing a cute little hand-cranked Gatling miniature in .22 short; lots cheaper to shoot...

You don't happen to hang around rec.crafts.metalworking do you? They were talking about the same thing the other day.

Nope. I ran into it randomly. I think it was when I was watching a video of an A-10 blowing things up.

Just how many people in that group have Barbie powerwheels anyway?

They were really only talking about the gun on rec.crafts.metalworking. rec.crafts.barbie.metalworking.yugio.pokemon.gunsmithing.nintendo. is where they discuss arming childrens toys.

.22 short is actually more expensive than the baragain basement, bulk pack .22LR from Dicks or Wal-Mart.

Maybe its a converted .22 LR. .17 mach 2 is a .22LR length case necked down to .17.

I used to live across the alley from a guy who was a machinist for honeywells small arms and weapons division, now called ATK. he made several mini- machine guns in his garage just for kicks. (he was legal to do so, had the papers for them,) made a mp40 in .25 cal ACP just for fun.

He made a mini gun for .22 lr but had a hell of a time when it got going as the action of getting chambered and sorted out was at times enough to set off a rim fire from time to time, he put it away for a couple of years as he tried to figure that out. When it worked it was fun as heck to dump 500 rounds of .22 down his range at 3000 rpm.

He was working making a device for anti tank at his office that was a aerial mine, I htink it was dropped, but it used mylar balloons and sub muntions,

these devices were launched in a cannister of some sort, the mylar balloons inflated and the device was suspended nose down, heat seeker searching for heat blooms. when it found them, little rocket motor ignites and kinetic energy of penetrator at a gazillion fps going straight down thru the top of the heat source was supposedly enough to brew up a tank.

There was a 100 round automatic 22cal rifle out there in the 80s or early 90s.

it was a calico they made many variations of it includeing full auto
i sold quite a few..in fact in star wars they used them modified if i remember rightly
