Mini Meat cleaver any good for knife?

So i just signed up for this sight and today i found this tiny cleaver like thing and another small knife at a thrift shop but would there be anyway i can modify the cleaver for bushcraft/outdoor stuff it's not full tang and has a sharp edge on one side, gonna need some sharpening but suggestions
