Thanks guys... I'm really starting to believe these blades pick *you*, not the other way around. I just told myself yesterday I am done buying.... unless a 15" AKB shows up.... and here it is! Wow.
 
I hear you loud and clear H.G. My recent AK Bowie looks very similar in size and is my absolute most favorite blade. As far as being chosen.. that little horn handled Micro above chose me on the 24th and I was just able to lock it down last night.. hyped!
I see your in Morgan Hill,,, we are neighbors,, I am in Santa Cruz. Bowie fever!!
 
I had Scarlett fever once! She dumped me just before the prom:mad: Bowie fever is much more fun!

I definately don't want t be known as a "whacker", unless it's cutting with an HI knife, ya know what I mean?

When my son first picked up one of my HI Khukuris, he looked at me and said "This just makes you want to find something and go choppy choppy on it", so now he refers to them as my "choppy choppy" knives.
