I really like my Micra. The SOG CrossCut and CrossGrip are also cool little tools. I don't think you can go wrong with a Micra, I got mine on sale at a KMart or something for $15! Haven't dealt with the Sebertech one though.

I haven't seen a really positive review of the Sebertech M4 yet. Of all the rest, I find the Micra the best.

Which you choose depends on whether you want scissors or a plier. I prefer the plier with the wirecutter to a scissor since my SAK has a scissor. The Micra is a nice minitool, though. I also prefer the M3 to the M4 because I found that the tools on the M4 were difficult to deploy and next to impossible to unlock to retract them. After I tore up my finger anils trying to release the lock, I had to use needle nose pliers from my Bucktool! The M3's small screwdrivers are easy to use in comparision. However, I will concede that the SOG Crosscut/Crossgrip and the Micra are easier to use. If only there was a Micra with a plier.
