Mini Pit-bull ,timberline

i was using one as my boot knife for a long while. i replaced it with a custom blade, but not because i didn't like the mini-pitbull anymore. the AUS6 steel is not the newest or best steel out there, but it is stainless and did not rust up on me. my use was strictly as a last ditch weapon, so i didn't use it much for utility work. it is a very comfortable knife to hold, even though it is small in size. the G10 scales r secure even when wet.

for $25-$30, it is a good knife. the sheath could use some work (replaced it twice.. the clip broke off each time, and i couldn't rely on it to secure the knife to my boot... reason why i 'retired' the mini-pitbull). i like the design and it works for the role i had for it.

hope this helps.

I have a Mini-Pitbull & the only things i disliked about it are:
the sheath (i changed it with a leather one i made by myself)
the poor way the knife has been made (if you take a closer look on both sides of the blade you'll see the non-simetric differences)
the combo blade (usually i prefer my knives to have a plain blade but i couldn't get one in this part of the world)
But for the price & having in mind that it's a Taiwan made knife, i'll give it a
