For us Americans 1mm = .0391 inches. So the 2 blades at 4.5 mm is .177 inches. So thats a small blade. Great work !!

I'm pretty sure the numbers are cm, the smaller, unnumbered indices are mm, so it's 1.77 inches... Still damn impressive, just not impossible
