Just wondering which one is better and which would be a better choice of perchase. Are the Mini Q40 eLED as bright as Mini Q40? Or is it better? I know that the Mini Q40 eLED have a longer battery life but does it mean a weaker beam or light? Just want to know the pros and cons between these two models before i buy one of them.

The UK eLed module in the Q40 is very functional. It's not as bright as the incandescent module but provides much much longer output. No dimming with the regulation circuit like with the incandescent/alkaline batts.

This module is one of the great outdoor walking lights with a good hotspot and more than abundant spill. I would not go back to incandescent setup on this light.
