Mini Sage 5! Is this mod possible?

The Sage 5 is one my favorite Spyderco but I have small hands (There's almost an inch hanging out if I choke up on the choil) so I thought a smaller version would fit my hands so much better.

I know the Lil' Native is coming out soon that fits the bill perfectly but even though I'm in my 30s, I still have the patience of a 3 year old.

So I'm thinking of modding a Sage 5 and turn it into a mini:

My question is, do you guys think this is a feasible mod?

And if it is, does anyone have a modders you can recommend?

Nevermind, it was just brought to my attention that modding the G10 will cut into the internal pocket and expose the inlay.

Back to hoping the Lil Native drops soon I guess

Edit: I meant liners, not inlay
