I got a couple of these and they are pretty neat. They can fit on your keychain and come in handy as you can always use a sharpie to write something. For a buck you can't beat it. HERE

here is a pic

 YES!

I picked up a 4 pack, an extra black (for me), and an extra purple for the wife. Handled out the red, green and blue from the 4 pack to co-workers, one of whom stuck her on her badge/key fob chain (which I had to do too!) The other black rides in the pocket.

An excellent idea from the people at Sharpie!

The lady at Staples told me they might be doing a fine point version as well. Now that would really rock! :)

Only trouble with these is that the key ring part of the cap cannot withstand even a week of my keychain (completely seperated from the cap). If it was stronger, it would be perfect.

Very cool indeed. I found some at the Univeristy bookstore about a month ago, but so far nobody here is selling them in the 4-pack. A fine /extra fine point would be awesome and would probably cause me to retire my Space Pen.

A fine point mini would be great. I've been a big fan of these since I found them at Staples. I've used them to write phone numbers, checks, etc. and they work okay but too thick a line. The point stubs down quickly if you press on it and then its no good as a writer

I agree about the weakness of the keychain hitch, but I'd rather have that pull off and leave the cap on rather than have the cap pull off and ruin my pants!

Office Max was selling them this weekend "buy two packs, get the third for free."

Packs of 4 were $3.98 I beleive.

Good point, maybe they were designed that way on purpose. :)

Minis. Edited to add a pic of them. I really like the dark navy blue one as an addition/replacement for my Space Pen.

I saw those a few months ago and have been meaning to get some. My brother told me about a Sharpie with a retractable tip but I wouldn't trust it for pocket carry unless it was with dark pants. I've sent pants into the wash with a sharpie in the pocket at least once. The cap stayed intact thankfully.

I've had a retractable-tip Sharpie (and a Marks-a-Lot one as well). Both are bigger than the regular cap markers, and the clicker on the end will stick out of your pocket. I ended up catching mine on chairs when I would stand up. Got to the point where it would open, then not close (unless ya banged it on the table...) and you were stuck with an uncap-able marker...

Go for the Mini's... They hide in the bottom of a pocket like a Space pen!
