I've been shopping around for neck knives lately and I was wondering why Kershaw didn't have any in their line up. It made me dream up a few possibilities... Here's one I mocked up in paint:

Kershaw's answer to the CRKT minimalist. I know I would buy something like that!

Any other ideas? :D

^ Yeah the 1080 would make a decent neck knife, the only problem is it doesn't come with a sheath for neck carrying.

That's a good point, and I guess that's true of all of them. I wonder if anyone makes an inexpensive aftermarket thing that would work...

There is a company that makes a Kydex neck sheath for the Leek. Not a fixed blade but the Leek is a nice small knife. If you are just looking to neck carry and have a hidden blade on you it may be an option.

The 1080 is nice when paracord wrapped. I had a hard time getting the screws loose to get the scales off. I haven't got around to making or having a Kydex sheath made for it. I need to. The 1080 is a bit small. I usually carry a larger Becker Necker or Izula II in my back pocket. I love the stonewash with paracord though and would carry the 1080 if I had a thin sheath for my back pocket.
