no glass breaker, it's just like the one in the link above. I still have not been able to re-borrow a camera to take a pic but I think I could answer specific questions about the knife better than a generic pic would show. So ask away?
 
You rate it a 95%, can you detail the 5%; is this scratches, wear, was it sharpened?
 
ok I'm turning over for a full inspection, here's what I see: dated 12/03, has been sharpened but no sharpening marks on the blade. Lock-up is solid, no vertical play a little horizontal play if you that I never noticed in regular use - could fix it by tightening the pivot but I don't have a Microtech pivot-tool. Lockbar has travelled across 60% of the tang but it's stayed that way since I got it, I think around 2 years ago. When closed blade is maybe 2-3% off dead center (that being 50/50). Handle finish shows light pocket wear, a little bit where the clip got loose and rubbed against the frame. The only anodization loss is a tiny bit by the clip next to the clip screw.
