One sold for $375 recently at auction but most go for less . Depends on what exact model and condition and luck !

There are definitely counterfeit ones out there, some scaringly close. The real Unicorn of the Mini Tanto is the San Mai Version( I believe only made in the Emperor Series)it is quite striking.

Could have been, it was a seller here on BF who was sellin it as authentic so i was inclined to believe them, but you never know. Allot of times people will sell counterfeits because they believe them to be authentic themselves.
