I just got back from my local dealer with a brand new Mini-Vulcan.
:thumbup::thumbup:
I love this knife. It's a great size for a small-medium size edc folder. The standard Vulcan was just a bit too big for my edc needs/tastes. The only downside I've found is that the flipper is a little too small and I haven't mastered being able to open it solely with the flipper (no wrist flick). With practice, I think this can be overcome.
I just wanted to add that the mini doesn't appear to have the problem with the blade tip that the standard version had.
Great knife SOG! Now, I'm going to have to wait for the Stingray 2.0. That looks like it's gong to be one sweet knife.
