Mini X-42 Auto Clip?

Alright guys, when's this one gonna be available?

I called a few dealers today, and they all said about two weeks, that SOG was still in production on them. Any truth to that, or is it the standard we-don't-really-know answer?

This looks like one nice little pocket knife, and I want one.

Now- when?

Thanks for the question. Here's the scoop. The X-42 AutoClip (picture and link to SOG's info page below) is coming in a complete series.

We were hoping to have them out last fall, but got only started in production of the full-sized, straight bladed model just before Christmas.

Todate in production and shipping are the X-42 AutoClip, Serrated X-42 AutoClip, and TiNi Serrated X-42 AutoClip. The TiNi X-42 AutoClip and all versions of the Mini X-42 AutoClip are due to start shipping between shortly and mid-April. I think I got all that straight!

Of course, delivery to various dealers will happen after these dates as knives are available. The dealers you are contacting may purchase from a wholesaler, which would increase the delivery time to that store.
