Miniature knife maker?

I picked up a cheap but pretty well made miniature (5" OAL) Bowie style of knife on e-bay. Even the sheath shows a lot of workmanship. Anyone have any information on the possible maker? Stamped on one side of blade near guard - 265207. The other side has 'Rostfrei' and CJH. I know 'Rostfrei' means stainless but does it necessarily mean it was made in Germany?

Not all all, it only means it has a SS blade, nothing more, could of came from anywhere but the USA, but my guess is the same as Aaron's!
