Miniature knives

Spyderco has a lot of small knives that are really great
cricket
jester
ladybug (discontinued but still widely available)
dragonfly
salsa (also discontinued but can still be found)
older models that are slightly harder to find:
copilot
toad
mouse

well you get the idea, they have a lot, personally, i'm a huge fan of the cricket!

There is an article in Knife world in Feb 04 on Jim Bodner, who makes miniatures.

Ken Davis made some real nice miniatures with sheaths no less as well as full sized knives. I haven't seen him post in a long time, though.

Jim Whiteheads, Mike Mercer, and Earl Witsaman are the first who spring to mind. Probably your best bet would be to simply check out the directory from the Miniature Knifemaker's Society. You might even find someone close by, or at least you have a number of leads to start from.

I make a few minis myself, and could link a few pics if you're interested, but I'm not currently taking orders.
