This was my first shot at making a true miniature, and I am quite pleased with the result. This knife was patterned after the infamous Loveless Drop Point Hunter. It's 3 1/4 inches long with a 1 3/4 inch blade. It has mammoth ivory scales, nickel silver pins and guard, a brass lanyard hole, and a full tang 01 tool steel blade. Comments welcome. :)

A beauty.

I have your website bookmarked now. When I free up some knife money, I hope to have one like it.

that's a great job! such patience required! whew! Any lilliputian would be honored to carry that one--

Very, very nice. But why use a brass lanyard tube, when the rest of the fittings are nickel silver? Seems like you would want them to match. This is not really a complaint, mind you. The knife is gorgeous. I was just curious.

I didn't have any nickel silver tube. :)

Thanks everyone for all of the nice words!

Oh yea, the tang is not tapered like Loveless does it.

Thanks -chris
