No experience with Minosharp but....
I've only run into one wheeled gaget that sharpens very well, The Myerco Sharpen-It. This is the only wheeled gaget that I've ever used that does nearly what it says. Still even it has a down side, it's slow on really dull knives. It doesn't do relief grinds. Totally limited to one angle.
The only slot gaget I've used that is any good is the one intended for Normark fillet knives and on these it does an OK job. Not great but ok.
Those are the only two gagets I've used that work at all for me and that I would recommend to anyone.
I have run into more than a few wheeled gagets, slot gagets, ang pull through gagets that will actually ruin knives very quickly. Until I actually see one work and work well I'll stick with something proven to work. Lansky/Gatco or Eze_Sharp for clamps, Sharp Maker for rod system. Water stones. Edge Pro. Scary Sharp. All these work and work well for if you take the time to learn how and to learn what their limitations are. Any skill set can be developed and learned.
I've bought and/or tried so many systems and gagets that it is totally nonesensical and more are being produced every year. I'll stick with what I know works. Though I do keep trying stuff out just a sickness I have in that I believe advertizing every so often and fall victim to another purchase.
