!!SOLD!!
I bought this Strider AR several years ago when they had just come out with the original digital camo blade coating.
This is an AR with tan G10 scales. The scales are grooved but not contoured like the newest models.
The blade is S30V with the Bos heat treat stamp and has the abovementioned digital camo blade coating.
The knife is essentially unused and brand new! What I mean by that exactly:
- it was never used to cut anything!
- it has been carried for a few days, so there is some slight wear on the pocket clip.
- the blade was sharpened on a leather strop, so the edge now has a slightly polished convex grind! This thing cuts the standing hair off your arm!
- the knife was taken apart to adjust the pivot. All screws were treated with blue loctite so that they stay in place but can easily be loosened if desired.
- even though unused, the knife has been "broken in"! The pivot is very smooth but still tight, the lock is worn in to the point where it doesn't stick! Liner is strong and lockup is solid, absolutely no blade play! So it is in perfect usage condition!
Knife is in absolutely great condition, asking $375 for it shipped and insured ($390 including PayPal fees). Knife also comes with one of those nylon pouches from SOE Gear.
See pictures for details, contact me with any questions! Thanks a lot!
