Anyone used it? Or know what's in it? It's supposed to penetrate pretty well (and I was thinking about mixing it with some thinner) and dry really hard, which sounds like a winner. It does say its only recommended for indoor surfaces. Does that mean it might not stand up to weathering (not that the carbon steel blade would last to long out in the rain anyway)?

I've used it quite a lot not only on knife handles but furniture and gun stocks.

I like it for something that requires a hard tough finish. It is both very hard and very tough but will still give a hand rubbed look if you don't get carried away with it.

and after it drys, polishing off the "left outs" and useing that good wax (Renaissance?sp?)for a finish....oh... at $22.00 a can. But it lasts forever.
