Sorry about the iPhone picture and non-traditional display but I had to get a shot of the two together and might have to leave them like that for a bit so I can savor their excellence. ;)

Very kool Dudley, I also couldn't help notice the copper rose on the shelf above. 20+ years ago I Spent about six months hammering out rose petals, copper, brass and nickel. They were beautiful and I never want to do that again, one again very kool

I got to meet that Meerabilay fella in Seattle, and I have to say, he was one of the neatest peeps I met at the show- dude's got a great vibe, an intriguing personality.
His knifework is awesome. Yer a fortunate guy, my man!

Great collection my friend from one of my dear friends :)

Thank you for the photo - beautiful set. I believe I was able to admire the shorter blade at the Seattle show and was fortunate enough to meet David also. A great person and his work is nothing short of perfection in my book. Mike

A great set from a great guy. I had the pleasure of meeting David at the Seattle show. It was enlightening to hear him talk about the construction of these pieces.

Wonderful on so many levels!!!

David is an awesome guy and is making his mark with an undeniable style... So frick'n cool.

Thanks for sharing my friend!!! :)

Isn't the hamon line too close to the edge in the top piece? Nice set nevertheless.

No hamon on either one.....

The blades are David's San Mai......his Damascus with a tool steel core which, if I'm correct, is W2. :)

Thanks all for your comments.
