So how is it that they're able to offer a lifetime guarantee on the edge and offer to replace it even if you abuse the thing to pieces?

I'm sure that people are gonna buy this product and find out that it doesn't produce the same results as seen on TV. When this happens this company is going to have to backup their TV advertised policies...surely this would cost them more than the whole venture was worth. Are they just going to rely on most people not returning or not complaining about their product?
 
I think they are relying on the fact that people don't use their miracle blades to cut marble, copper pipes, and leather shoes. If they are used as kitchen utensils then there should be no problem. Also, I'm sure these knives could do the things shown on tv: cutting hammers, copper pipes; what have you. But if done enough the edge would be destroyed. That's what I think anyway.
