MIRC chat problems

Anyone else have any problems with MIRC?? It won't connect for me. It tries to connect to "irc.dragondata.com(6666)". My computer tried about 25 times before I stopped it. Does anyone have a correct "address" so I can chat. Thanks.

If you are on AOL that might explain it.

AOL users can use Newnet. I really don't know the cause of your problem but I doubt it has to do with AOL. Both dragondata and newnet should work. You could also try uninstalling MIRC and download it again anywhere but Bladeforums. The bladeforums version only has Dalnet servers, which we dont use anymore. http://www.MIRC.com Then just connect to any of the Newnet servers.

Nope, I don't have AOL. I tried reloading it from Bladeforums, but since its Dalnet that doesn't work either. Hmmm...well I guess I'll try another reload. Once again "Thanks" for the help.
