Here's a new RF2 Framelock with a mirror polished edge and matching hardware. I hope you enjoy the pics!

I love the look of the knife. But wondering what the reason is for the extreme variation of the bevel at the tip? Or are my eyes just being fooled by the camera angle?

Thanks!

The convex edge angle stays about the same but the tip gets thicker... this grind leaves a very strong tip with little distal taper to the blade.

This one was taken to a near zero edge until the tip area and slices very well while maintaining lots of tip strength. Strop to maintain...

I generally like a thinner tip but these are fun to do and work nicely especially with a chisel grind.

kaBOOM!
Are afraid of a tanto blade, Mr. Fairly?
:D

Yes, yes I am. :D I never make tantos.

Or use red G10.

Or black Titanium.

Or chisel grind.

Well at this moment I'm not... I'm grinding a drop point left handed while I type and that is it. :p
