I learned to sharpen on this knife. Bought a Lansky system and hated it. Ended up with a decent edge at best. Bought a Sharpmaker and spent so much time putting a decent convex edge on it, but I'm happy with where it's at.

Did you get all these mirror edges by using a sharpmaker? Maybe I am not patient enough. But I never made a blade looking like that by using the sharpmaker.
