I just received a VERY mint (box is flawless, even) 194OT. In the course of examining it, I noticed that the tang had been incorrectly stamped with the 94OT stamp

My question is simply this: is this error inherently valuable in the world of collectible knives? In other collectibles such as stamps and coins, manufacturing errors usually add something to the value of the item; sometimes quite a bit.
Does anyone have an idea about the significance of this particular error? I had originally intended to offer this knife for sale at an upcoming show, but now don't know what I should do. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Kent
