Took this today before heat treating the last 9 knives of my bladeshow knifes.

Fun fun fun :) Taking off work Monday to get jump on progress. Some knives in the image are for jobs and wont be at Blade in Atlanta.

Haha...you and about a million other people have those gloves :D.

Looks good, Brian! One of these days, I am just going to go ahead and set myself to do a high production run like that and sell them here or through my site. I just have to set myself to do it.

Nathan,
I am not really set up for mass production but what I do is kind of simple. I have actually used the below job to fit in my Blade Show knives because if I didnt I would never get the Job AND my show knives done by the Show date.

I simply order extra material gradually and mini plan what I want at the show as the year proceeds. Then I set up a few jobs to work on and let the customers know I will be fitting in a large amount of knives simultaneously but I will keep them up to speed on the process.

Then its the slow process of cutting them all......grinding them all.....gluing liners up.....and so on :)

Here is my current jobs in 0-1 and D2

I am fitting in the blade show process along side the above as an excuse :)

I actually have 3 knives for the show completed in the house. Its easier for me to sneak them in than jump on them all in the last 2 months before the show.

Very nice B!! I have always love your style of work and 2 of your knives I own are 2 of my favorites. One of these days I'll have to either save up or trade into one of your large blades.
